Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every product and licence we sell, including the Fortis Digital landing page template and its licence keys. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By buying or using a product from Fortis Digital, you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted use

Your licence lets you use the template on the single domain named on the licence key for 365 days. You may edit the template, add your own content, and publish that edited copy on that one domain.

2. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the template, or any site built from it, for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the template files or licence keys, whether on their own or as part of another product.
• Use one licence on more than one domain, or attempt to alter, forge, or reuse a licence key.
• Remove or obscure licence-verification code, or redistribute the kit with the verifier stripped out.
• Present the template as your own original work for sale.
• Use the products to send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, or operate phishing or fraudulent pages.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, or publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or that sexualises minors.

3. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a licence is being used in violation of this policy, we may suspend or revoke that licence. Where a violation is serious or repeated, we may refuse future orders. Where the law requires it, we will report unlawful use to the relevant authorities.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you use the template. You are also responsible for complying with the law in your own jurisdiction and with the terms of your hosting provider.

5. Reporting abuse

To report misuse of our products or a licence key, email hello@fortisdigital.dev. We reply to support requests within 3 business days.
