Digital Products (Template Kits)

Because our template kits are digital goods delivered instantly and contain license keys that cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. Purchases are one-time: we do not sell subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. No refunds are issued once a license key has been delivered. Licence keys are issued per domain and per year (365 days).

Other Digital Products

Any other digital product is non-refundable once it has been delivered, for the same reason: delivery is instant and cannot be reversed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you to resolve any genuine issue. Fraudulent disputes may result in termination of access and revocation of license keys.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss an order, email hello@fortisdigital.dev with your order reference. We aim to reply to every support request within 3 business days.
